Disclosed prices ranged from $297,500 for a Village Rock Lane condominium unit to $2,010,000 for a home on Woronoco Drive, with a median of $880,500. Three transfers -- at 184 Mill St, 27 Westlake Rd and 10 Bunker Hill Ln -- did not include a disclosed consideration amount.
