Natick home sales range from $330,000 to $1.77 million in July, with half of deeds undisclosed

Twenty properties changed hands in Natick from July 3 to Aug. 1, but only 10 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $330,000 to $1,769,000 with a median of $850,000. The month's top sale was 6 Oak Knoll Rd at $1,769,000, followed by 4 Carter Dr at $1,587,966. Three sales topped $1 million and two condo units sold under $500,000. Eight of the 20 transfers appear to be family or trust transfers with no price disclosed, so the data shows a mixed picture rather than a clear trend in either direction.
