The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 18 Natick property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24. Eight carry a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $595,000 to $925,000, with a median of $757,500; the remaining 10 have no price yet on file. The top recorded sale was 84 Middlesex Ave Unit A at $925,000, followed by 6 Hovey Ave at $828,000. Several of the unpriced filings appear to be transfers within the same family into a trust rather than open-market sales. With prices spread from under $600,000 to just over $900,000 and no single street showing multiple sales, the available data shows a varied but modestly sized market for the period.
