Natick recorded 17 property transfers from Sept. 11 through Oct. 10. Nine have a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $299,500 to $1,650,000, with a median of $675,000; the other eight await price data, typical of the registry's usual lag. The top sale was an $1.65 million condominium unit at 11 River St., followed by a $1,465,000 sale at 124 Everett St. Four of the 17 transactions were condominium units, and three involved an LLC as buyer or seller.
