Natick Imposes Mandatory Outdoor Water Ban Ahead of Dangerous Heat Week
With summer heat building and reservoir pressure rising, Natick has imposed a mandatory ban on all nonessential outdoor water use, the most consequential action out of town hall this cycle, while residents also need to plan around a holiday closure at the Recycling Center.

Separately, the Recycling Center will be closed Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Curbside trash and recycling pickup is not affected, collection runs on a normal schedule for the full week of Tuesday, June 30, through Friday, July 3.
