Natick Home Sales Include Two Transactions Above $2 Million in Late June Period

Natick recorded 19 deed transfers between May 31 and June 29, 2026, with sale prices disclosed in 10 of those transactions. Among priced sales, figures ranged from $295,000 to $2,400,000, with a median of $1,045,000. The period's standout transaction was 2 Arrow Path, which sold for $2,400,000 on June 5; 6 Briar Lane followed at $2,350,000 the previous day. Six of the 10 disclosed sales came in at or above $1 million, while at least eight of the 19 total transfers appear to be intra-family or trust restructurings rather than open-market sales, limiting the breadth of price data available for this period.
