Natick Home Sales Range From $279,000 to $2.95 Million in Late-Summer Deed Filings
Natick recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 10 carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $279,000 to $2,950,000 and a median of $880,000. The period's top sale was 21 Wyndemere Lane, which sold for $2,950,000 on Sept. 3 to Erik and Jessica Haney. Seven of the 19 transfers were condominium units, and eight of the nine transfers still awaiting a recorded price were transfers from individuals to same-family trusts. With no street posting more than one sale, this period's activity was spread evenly across addresses and price tiers rather than concentrated in any one neighborhood.
