Natick August Home Sales Split Between $2.25 Million Estates And $180,000 Condo
Natick recorded 19 property transfers from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, with 11 sales disclosing a price. Prices ranged from $180,000 for a Common Court condominium to $2,250,000, a figure reached twice, at 2 Hunters Lane and 0 Cider Mill Lane. The median disclosed sale price was $800,000. Bacon Street saw three separate sales in the period, from $685,000 to $1.8 million. Seven of the eight sales without a disclosed price were transfers within family trusts. The mix of condominium sales, single-family sales and trust transfers shows no single dominant pattern this period beyond the Bacon Street cluster.
