Natick Records 19 Property Sales, Led by $1.45 Million Clover Lane Deal
Natick recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Eleven of those sales disclosed a price, ranging from $365,000 to $1,452,000, with a median of $645,000. The period's top sale was 7 Clover Lane at $1,452,000, sold by Einat and Eitan Hoch to Ian and Brina Ives. Eight of the 19 deeds, nearly half, were trust or family transfers with no price listed, including properties on Washington Street, Post Oak Lane and Wethersfield Road. Condominium units accounted for seven of the 19 transfers, concentrated on Morgan Drive, Post Oak Lane and Village Brook Lane.
