Monday, May 4, 7:25 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at Worcester Street and Grove Road.

Monday, May 4, 8:42 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Hit-and-Run): A hit-and-run crash was reported at MetroWest Medical Center, Union Street; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 12:06 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny or fraud complaint was reported at the 10 block of Maple Street; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 1:28 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported near the 16 block of North Main Street; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 1:37 p.m.Fire Alarm: A fire alarm activation was reported at a school building on the 27 block of Winter Street; fire units responded. Determined to be a false activation.

Monday, May 4, 2:30 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny or fraud complaint was reported at Kay Jewelers, Worcester Street; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 2:49 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at MetroWest Medical Center, Union Street; services rendered.

Monday, May 4, 3:04 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Private Property): A crash on private property was reported at the 13 block of Lacosta Drive; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 3:21 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at the Foskett Court area; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 4:34 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at the 817 block of Worcester Street; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 5:38 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny or fraud complaint was reported at the 21 block of Village Rock Lane; a report was filed.

Monday, May 4, 7:31 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported at Mass General Brigham Urgent Care, North Main Street; fire and EMS units responded and transported a patient to a hospital.

Monday, May 4, 11:27 p.m.Fire Alarm: A fire alarm activation at a school building on the 27 block of Winter Street was determined to be false; fire and EMS units responded.

Tuesday, May 5, 9:20 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Hit-and-Run): A hit-and-run crash was reported on the Route 27 northbound ramp to Route 9 eastbound; a report was filed.

Tuesday, May 5, 9:39 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Hit-and-Run): A hit-and-run crash was reported at the 313 block of Speen Street; a report was filed.

Tuesday, May 5, 11:48 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at Speen Street and Nouvelle Way.

Tuesday, May 5, 12:34 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at Speen Street and West Central Street; a report was filed.

Tuesday, May 5, 3:11 p.m.Sudden Death: Police, fire, and EMS responded to a sudden death at the 325 block of Speen Street; a report was filed.

Tuesday, May 5, 3:54 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny or fraud complaint was reported at the 34 block of Walnut Street; a report was filed.

Tuesday, May 5, 6:48 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with Injury): A motor vehicle crash with reported injuries was investigated at Speen Street and Mall Road; fire and EMS units responded. No patient required transport.

Tuesday, May 5, 9:54 p.m.Erratic Operator: Report of an erratic operator near the 321 block of Speen Street; vehicle was gone on arrival.

Wednesday, May 6, 8:24 a.m.Warrant Arrest: A warrant was served at the 15 block of General Greene Avenue. The arrestee's name, age, and town of residence were not included in the log extract provided; see incident 26-299-AR for full arrest details. (Editor: verify arrest record — see flag below.)

Friday, May 8, 5:58 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with Injury): A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported at Worcester Street and Oak Street; fire and EMS units responded and transported a patient to a hospital.

Saturday, May 9, 10:44 a.m.Illegal Dumping/Littering: Illegal dumping or littering was reported at a cemetery on the 1 block of Glenwood Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, May 10, 9:13 a.m.Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm was reported at the 197 block of West Central Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, May 10, 10:26 a.m.Missing Person: A missing person report was filed in connection with an incident at MetroWest Medical Center, Union Street.

Sunday, May 10, 7:27 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported at a rehabilitation facility on the 168 block of West Central Street.

Sunday, May 10, 11:05 p.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious vehicle was reported at the 60 block of East Central Street; the vehicle was towed.
