Monday, June 15, 1:12 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to the area of Forest Avenue Extension at Bennett Street; services rendered.
Monday, June 15, 1:48 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Hit-and-Run): A hit-and-run crash was reported in the parking lot of Roche Bros. Supermarket on the 100 block of West Central Street; a report was filed.
Monday, June 15, 2:25 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to Moore Street; a report was filed (Incident 26-796-OF).
Monday, June 15, 2:29 p.m. — Shoplifting: A summons was requested following a shoplifting incident at Sephora, 1245 Worcester Street (Incident 26-794-OF).
Monday, June 15, 2:30 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident at the 11 Lakeview Gardens area.
Monday, June 15, 2:42 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed following an incident on Hunters Lane (Incident 26-795-OF).
Monday, June 15, 6:01 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury: A crash with reported injuries was responded to at 235 West Central Street; fire and EMS units also responded. No patient transport was recorded (Accident 26-318-AC).
Monday, June 15, 7:31 p.m. — Disturbance: Officers responded to the Natick Mall Parking Deck C, 1249 Worcester Street; services rendered.
Monday, June 15, 8:22 p.m. — Complaint: A report was filed following an incident at Sora Sushi & Seafood Buffet, 1282 Worcester Street (Incident 26-800-OF).
Monday, June 15, 8:25 p.m. — Shoplifting: Officers responded to Dick's Sporting Goods, 1336 Worcester Street; services rendered.
Monday, June 15, 11:27 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to 6 Ernest Drive; subject was gone on arrival.
Tuesday, June 16, 12:24 a.m. — Remove Unwanted Person: Officers responded to the Monticello Motel, 1446 Worcester Street; services rendered.
Tuesday, June 16, 1:22 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: Officers conducted a stop near 218 Speen Street; services rendered.
Tuesday, June 16, 2:22 a.m. — Noise Complaint: Officers responded to the 100 block of Mill Street; services rendered.
Tuesday, June 16, 5:46 a.m. — Hazard: A hazard was addressed near 244 Worcester Street; removed.
Tuesday, June 16, 11:03 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: Officers checked and secured David Yurman, 1245 Worcester Street.

Tuesday, June 16, 2:52 p.m. — Road Rage: An incident was logged near Bennett Hemenway School, 22 East Evergreen Road.
Tuesday, June 16, 5:08–6:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stops (Enforcement Detail): Nine motor vehicle stops resulting in citations or warnings were conducted on the 100–200 block of Oak Street near Christos Auto Repair between 5:08 and 6:32 p.m.
Tuesday, June 16, 6:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: Officers responded to the ALDI parking lot, 321 Speen Street; subject was gone on arrival.
Tuesday, June 16, 6:05 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury (Transport): A crash with injuries requiring hospital transport was responded to at 184 Speen Street; fire and EMS units responded (Accident 26-321-AC).
Tuesday, June 16, 6:05 p.m. — Larceny/Fraud: A report was filed at the 100 block of Mill Street (Incident 26-803-OF relates to firearms property — see REVIEW).
Tuesday, June 16, 6:05 p.m. — Assault: A report was filed following an assault at MetroWest Medical Center–Leonard Morse Hospital, 67 Union Street.

Wednesday, June 17, 8:00 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury: A crash with reported injuries was responded to at Commonwealth East Road at Mainstone Road; fire and EMS responded. No patient transport recorded (Accident 26-320-AC).
Wednesday, June 17, 10:19 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash on the Route 27 southbound to Route 9 eastbound ramp was reported; a report was filed (Accident 26-322-AC).
