Natick Clerk Magistrate Reassigned, Two Court Staffers Placed On Leave

NATICK — Natick District Court is operating without its two top clerk's-office leaders after Clerk Magistrate Brian Kearney was reassigned to administrative duty and two other employees were placed on leave, MetroWest Daily News reports. Town hall business also picks up pace this week, with the Select Board set to review a report on the former Johnson Elementary School Tuesday and vote on the Main Street Improvements project Wednesday.

The Select Board will preview a report Tuesday, August 18, summarizing public input on potential interim uses for the former Johnson Elementary School, according to the town's News Flash system. The board is expected to discuss the findings at its meeting that evening.

The Main Street Improvements project returns to the Select Board's agenda Wednesday, August 19, at 6 p.m., when members are scheduled to resume discussion and take a vote on the project, the town announced.
