Bacon Street Paving Continues Amid Flood Watch Warning
Public works crews are continuing paving work on Bacon Street this week even as the town braces for potentially severe weather, with a flash flood watch in effect and forecasters warning of dangerous rainfall totals across Massachusetts.

The Department of Public Works issued an update on the Bacon Street paving project on Wednesday, part of ongoing roadwork the town has been carrying out across Natick this summer. Residents on or near the street should expect continued construction activity and possible access limitations while the work proceeds.
The town's mandatory ban on all nonessential outdoor water use, announced earlier this week, remains in effect, and officials continue to urge residents to conserve water amid dry conditions.
