Zoning Board approves three residential projects; two continued to February

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 12, 2026

Natick Zoning Board of Appeals approves three residential projects on non-conforming lots. Chair David Jackowitz oversaw approval of Section 6 Findings for 5 Bradford Road and 4 Richard Road, and a combined Finding and variance for 236 North Main Street, all involving demolition and new one-family construction. The 236 North Main Street approval required a landscaped evergreen screen along the property line; two projects passed 4 to 1, with Member Gail Weston-Roberts dissenting both times.

Two applications, including a variance request for 12 Hemlock Drive and a teardown-plus-addition for 7 Upland Terrace, were continued to February 23 to allow for additional legal and technical review.
