Natick Zoning Board approves four residential reconstruction projects and rejects two on scale concerns.

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of June 22, 2026

Natick Zoning Board approves four residential reconstruction projects and rejects two on scale concerns. The board unanimously approved a first-floor addition at 22 Laconia Road (Zeyb Zubairy and Nicholas Dubreuil) and reconstruction projects at 52 Bacon Street (Edward Paturzo) and 3 Walcott Street (David Biondolillo), with conditions on driveway configurations. A fourth approval at 59 Westlake Road (Nicholas Arthur) passed 4-1 with conditions on fencing and tree preservation.

The board rejected proposals from Silva Development at 150 Woodland Street (2-2 deadlock despite design revisions reducing size by 1,000 square feet) and CGP2 Realty Trust at 13 Sheffield Road (2-3 vote), with board members citing scale and visual compatibility concerns. A two-dwelling project at 27/29 Forest Avenue (Chris Coppollotti) was continued to July 27 for further design revisions.
