The Trust expedited $2,000 funding for a Habitat for Humanity land survey at 246 North Main Street before a Fall 2026 Community Preservation Act application deadline. Vice Chair Reginald Leese reported progress on the Bacon Street property sale toward October completion, with planning underway for interior improvements; the Trust is also managing a $3,000 annual insurance premium increase and $1,600 boiler repairs before fiscal year-end.
