Natick Select Board approved two water bill abatements totaling $8,383.81 and authorized Sherborn sewer tie-in agreements. Chair Bruce T. Evans voted unanimously with the board to grant $434.73 relief to David Ellis for anomalous July usage and $7,949.08 to Necmettin Yigitabasi for April-June 2024 consumption while she was overseas.

The board unanimously approved an Intermunicipal Agreement and Development Agreement with Toll Brothers allowing Sherborn to connect approximately 136 housing units to Natick's sewer system; Toll Brothers will fund required pipe relining at Speen Street under the 25-year accord. The board approved amendments to the Main Street Banner Policy and a joint study group on artificial turf fields, and deferred discussions of a draft remote meeting policy to January 21.
