Melissa Spash reported on four major initiatives: the Memorial School building project with 17 architecture firms participating in site walks and three finalists to be selected for interviews; code of conduct revision underway with a staff and community team; strategic plan implementation focusing on achievement gaps; and elementary and early childhood space programming review.
