Planning Board endorses ANR plan, continues two public hearings.

Planning Board · Meeting of February 11, 2026

NATICK — Planning Board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan consolidating parcels on Lakeshore and North Main Streets for National Development, resolving a title discrepancy designating a small "tail" parcel as Town property. Chair Terri Evans, Clerk Andrew Meyer, and Alan Cloutier approved the ANR plan 3-0-0. The board also opened and immediately continued a public hearing for a proposed Adult Day Care Facility at 19 Strathmore Road, with applicants Max Mazaev and Anna Nikaeva requesting waivers from application requirements; Clerk Meyer expressed concern about waiving drainage, landscaping, and lighting reviews.

A re-advertised Assisted Living Residence proposal at 220 North Main Street was continued as well. Both conditional-use hearings resume February 25, 2026.
