NATICK — Planning Board denies ANR plan for technical deficiencies, continues two major development hearings. The Board voted unanimously (4-0) to deny an Approval Not Required subdivision plan for 1 HF Brown Way after Vice-Chair Doug Landry identified mathematical errors, a reference to a non-existent lot, and notes indicating the plan intended to create an easement, which ANR endorsement cannot accomplish. It voted 3-1 to continue the Carwash and Detailing Center hearing at 625 Worcester Street, with traffic projections of approximately 1,304 daily vehicle trips and noise analysis showing a 5 to 6 decibel increase above ambient levels.

The Board voted unanimously to continue the mixed-use residential development hearing at 273 West Central Street with 219 units, the first application under the new West Central Corridor Zoning District.
