Planning Board Chair Doug Landry established conditions including a requirement that the applicant fund a $125,000 traffic signal infrastructure upgrade at West Central Street and Kendall Lane within 30 days of receiving a building permit, based on cost estimates from Pine Ridge Technologies totaling approximately $109,000 plus a 15-percent contingency.
