Planning Board approves Everett Street sidewalk and 52 Everett development

Planning Board · Meeting of January 14, 2026

Natick Planning Board approves Everett Street sidewalk and 52 Everett residential development. The board voted unanimously to approve a Special Permit for Open Space Residential Development and Site Plan Review for 52 Everett Street with plans dated January 8, 2026, as amended, following unanimous approval of the requested waivers. In a separate vote, the board unanimously found that no scenic road modification detrimental to the scenic nature of Everett Street is required for the installation of a public sidewalk, clearing removal of five public shade trees (two Colorado spruces, two Norway maples, and one crabapple, with combined diameter of 60 inches).

No written objections to tree removals were received. Two applications — National Development's assisted living residence project at 5 Lakeshore Road and surrounding properties, and Allison Breziner's home occupation dog kennel at 17 Church Street — were continued to January 28, 2026.
