NATICK — Planning Board approves National Development's assisted living residence. The Board voted 4-0-0 to approve the Special Permit and Site Plan Review for Benchmark Senior Living's facility spanning five North Main Street properties and one Lakeshore Road parcel. The approval included an additional condition requiring the applicant to evaluate and utilize efficient waste management technology prior to building permit issuance.
The facility will generate approximately two six-yard containers of waste collected three times per week.
