NATICK — Personnel Board approves four revised job descriptions at single meeting. The board unanimously endorsed changes to the Bacon Free Library Director, Director of Public Health, Assistant Director of Public Health, and Veterans Service Officer positions. Town Administrator James Errickson reported the Town and Bacon Free Library Trustees are finalizing a license agreement to formalize their operational framework; the library operates in a privately owned building while the Town funds operations.
Director of Public Health Michael Boudreau's job description was updated to reflect significant post-COVID evolution, including revised supervisory responsibilities over the Substance Abuse Prevention and Outreach Program and modified education requirements allowing a baccalaureate degree with master's degree preferred.
