Natick Zoning Board approves six residential projects; state law eliminates future ZBA review for certain nonconforming work. The board granted relief for six residential construction and alteration projects, including a two-dwelling demolition and reconstruction at 27/29 Forest Avenue and a carport rebuild at 43 Oak Street, with five applications approved 5-0 and one approved 4-1.
