Natick TAC approves April minutes, hears Main Street and West Central path updates.

Natick TAC hears presentations on two major corridors. The Transportation Advisory Committee unanimously approved its prior minutes and heard updates on the Main Street project, where a hybrid concept blends bike accommodation with preserved parking, heading to Select Board review in June; and on the West Central Corridor shared-use path, developed by Conway School students, which mapped 17,000 daily vehicles on Route 135, identified five years of pedestrian and cyclist collisions at six hotspots, and proposed a 10 to 14 foot path with connections to Henry Wilson Park, Fisk Pond boardwalk access, and amenities serving 1,700 apartment units near the West Natick MBTA station.
