Natick recorded 19 property transfers between July 10 and August 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Fifteen sales had a price recorded, ranging from $269,000 to $2,198,000, with a median of $735,000. The top sale was 8 Hudson St. at $2,198,000, sold by Hudson Street LLC and New Generation Custom Homes Corp. to Julia Reynolds and Suvesh Pratapa. Condominium units accounted for eight of the 19 transfers, and two sales were internal moves of property into family trusts with no price recorded yet. No historical data was available to compare this period's pace to prior months.
