Hybrid Town Meeting Committee chair steps down; Grace Keeney assumes leadership role

Hybrid Town Meeting Committee · Meeting of May 19, 2026

Natick's Hybrid Town Meeting Committee named Grace Keeney acting chair after Frank Foss resigned to pursue a consulting position. The nine-member panel, meeting May 19 via Zoom, debated the scope of its final report on permanent hybrid town meeting procedures, with Josh Ostroff pushing for completion by July despite Saul Beaumont's caution against rushing decisions. Moderator Jeff Alderson presented draft supplemental rules governing hybrid town meeting decorum and procedure.

The committee will meet June 11 to review member feedback on report structure and recommendations, with input due by June 7.
