The committee heard from Natick Chief Technology Officer Dennis Roche and Natick Pegasus Station Manager Randy Brewer on infrastructure readiness, with Roche confirming existing school network capacity supports 200 remote participants through dual data centers and 3 gigabit production bandwidth. Roche and Brewer both flagged technology support, backup plans, and vendor evaluation as critical to avoid meeting cancellation; a second video switcher and additional microphone infrastructure would be needed to serve both in-person and remote audiences.
The committee scheduled an April 29 vendor demo with Echo 360 and deferred further public comment to a future meeting.
