Hybrid Town Meeting Committee advances Echo360 vendor review and orders survey data analysis

Hybrid Town Meeting Committee · Meeting of March 18, 2026

Natick Hybrid Town Meeting Committee unanimously approved next steps for evaluating Echo360's platform and ordering survey data reorganization. Frank Foss, Chair, and eight members received written responses from Echo360 addressing 25 vendor questions about technology for hybrid meetings; the vendor confirmed work with 22 Massachusetts municipalities and support for unlimited remote participants, secure voting with audit trails, and offline data collection. The committee also directed staff to export 356 raw survey responses into Excel format and provide a consolidated summary to support future analysis.

Grace Keeney and Foss will present the committee's preliminary work to the Finance Committee on March 19.
