Natick Housing Trust discusses four property initiatives and aid program expansion. Vice Chair Reginald Leese reported the Procurement Office and Town Council approved a professional property broker to relaunch the Request for Proposal process for 299 and 301 Bacon Street with a Multiple Listing Service listing. Sue Crossley reported the Housing for All emergency assistance program has distributed $14,000 to seven households since launching, with informational sessions planned June 5 and June 9 at Town Hall featuring MetroWest Family Promise, Natick Service Council, and the Council of Aging.
The Trust is considering using $15,000 in remaining Town appropriation funds toward boiler replacements at the Bacon Street properties.
