Housing Trust Authorizes Housing for All CPA Agreement

Natick Housing Trust approves Housing for All CPA agreement funding. Chair Ganesh Ramachandran was delegated authority to execute the Community Preservation Agreement for the Housing for All affordable housing program following unanimous approval by all six members present. The Board also unanimously approved a $1,500 increase to emergency housing assistance through the Red Roof Inn program.

Early outreach for Housing for All has generated positive momentum, including support from the Natick Fire Chief, and the Trust is developing a phased promotion plan targeting municipal employees, healthcare workers, and clients of partner organizations including Family Promise and Natick Service Council.
