NATICK — Housing trust approves $141,683 for Auburn Street pre-development work. The Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board voted unanimously to fund Metro West Collaborative Development's requisition for $141,683.83 in pre-development costs on the Auburn Street project, advancing the initiative toward a state One Stop Application due March 19. Chair Ganesh Ramachandran oversees the seven-member Trust, which also received confirmation of a $131,000 in-lieu payment from Trask Development and negotiated deposit terms with Family Promise for a proposed seller-financed transaction at 299-301 Bacon Street.
