NATICK — Housing for All program launches in Natick with first CPA funding received. At a virtual meeting led by Chair Ganesh Ramachandran, the board voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and moved into executive session. Board members Gonzalo Puigbo and Kim Chagnon resigned due to personal time constraints, and member Jay Ball announced his retirement after eighteen years of service.
The board approved survey work not to exceed $2,000 for a Habitat for Humanity project, while Patrick Duggan reported the Trust received the first round of Community Preservation Act funding and the Housing for All Program has successfully launched.
