Historic District Commission reviews requirements for 104 West Central Street project.
Historic District Commission · Meeting of January 22, 2026
NATICK — Historic District Commission addresses pre-application requirements and guideline revision. Chair Chris Milford and commission members reviewed documentation standards for 104 West Central Street with applicant Michael Carr, architect Rob Troccolo, and Patrick Moynahan, requiring site plans, three-dimensional views from street sides, product literature limited to proposed items, and elevations before zoning board referral. The commission also flagged a compliance violation at 96 West Central Street, where applicant installed 18 solar panels on the main roof instead of the approved split configuration between main and back roofs; the building permit remains on hold pending resolution.
Mike Collins and Jessica Allain volunteered to revise the General Guidelines with separate documents for solar applications and window replacements.
