NATICK — Finance Committee unanimously recommends four spring warrant articles, advancing them to Town Meeting for vote. The Personnel Board article updates job titles for 85 employees without new funding. Two revolving-funds articles passed: one reorganizes bylaw language; the other sets spending limits, raising the DPW Surplus Vehicle Fund to $500,000 from $350,000 and Community-Senior Center Programs to $175,000 from $120,000.
The Hybrid Town Meeting Committee's nine-member panel, chaired by Frank Foss, received approval for a six-month extension through Fall 2026; the panel surveyed 350 residents and met with town moderators and technology vendors while spending none of its $10,000 budget.
