NATICK — Finance Committee General Government Subcommittee approves budgets for Health and Community Services. The subcommittee unanimously recommended a Health Department budget of $733,488 and a Community Services budget of $2,120,463 after hearing presentations from Michael Boudreau and Angela Snell. Boudreau noted declining overdose calls in substance abuse programs but flagged staffing demands in housing inspection work created by increased inspections of new and rehabilitated buildings.
The combined approvals total approximately $2.85 million.
