NATICK — Finance Committee names Monahan secretary with 11-0-0 vote, opts for virtual subcommittee meetings. Committee Chair Todd Gillenwater nominated and the committee unanimously approved Kat Monahan for the secretary role. The committee decided to make subcommittee meetings virtual-only as the default, citing lack of public attendance at hybrid meetings in Spring 2025 and logistical challenges.

The FY2027 budget release is scheduled for February 1st, with the Finance Committee, Select Board, and School Committee planning a joint high-level walkthrough on February 4th. David Coffey chairs General Government and Richard Pope chairs Education & Learning.
