NATICK — Council on Aging subcommittee finalizes strategic planning template for full Board presentation. The three-member subcommittee — Jim Fitzgerald, Paula Panchuck, and Jan Sewell — refined the planning framework by adding terminology guidance and deferring progress-tracking columns. Members finalized draft objectives across volunteering, strategic planning, and programming, with a new programming objective focused on developing assessment tools and metrics.
The subcommittee will present the finalized template to the full Board on January 12.
