Council on Aging subcommittee finalizes 2026-2029 strategic plan

NATICK — Council on Aging Board Strategic Planning Subcommittee finalized its 2026-2029 strategic plan and supporting objectives at a January 30 working meeting. Subcommittee members Jim Fitzgerald, Paula Panchuck, and Jan Sewell completed drafts for programming, volunteering, and strategic planning initiatives. The group identified three targeted areas for future Advocacy Goals: internal liaisons between the board and staff, town-level advocacy, and state-level advocacy.
