Council on Aging subcommittee confirms workgroup structure

NATICK — Council on Aging board subcommittee organizes speakers and programs workgroups. The Executive Subcommittee confirmed the Programs Workgroup will consist of board members independently researching new programs while staff evaluates performance, and the Speakers Workgroup will recommend quarterly speakers with additional meeting time allocated. The subcommittee unanimously approved minutes from its December 1, 2025 meeting and noted that corrections to December 8 minutes regarding the Programs Workgroup will be addressed at the January 12, 2026 full board meeting.
The next Executive Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for February 2, 2026.
