Natick Council on Aging subcommittee advances strategic plan toward April presentation. The Board Strategic Planning Subcommittee, with attendees Jim Fitzgerald, Paula Panchuck, and Jan Sewell, reviewed and updated the cover document incorporating updated objectives from a housing committee. The subcommittee plans to present the completed draft to the full Council on Aging Board in April, following a brief update at the March 9 Board meeting.
Staff engagement materials are being prepared for Angela, highlighting objectives from the previous strategic plan and continuations of current programs and initiatives.
