NATICK — Council on Aging strategic planning subcommittee reviews strategic plan and board roles. The subcommittee, including Jim Fitzgerald, Paula Panchuck, and Jan Sewell, discussed how board members can support staff during implementation. Paula Panchuck met with Grace O'Donnell to discuss volunteer opportunities as part of the strategic plan.
The subcommittee is awaiting staff feedback from a meeting Donna held with her staff regarding the plan before moving forward.
