Council on Aging · Meeting of April 6, 2026
NATICK — Council on Aging Executive Subcommittee approved March minutes and finalized the April 13 board agenda. Chair Saul Beaumont, Sal Pandolfo, and Jim Fitzgerald reviewed subcommittee assignments including Clifford Scott's placement on Strategic Planning and Programs, while planning to finalize the Nominating Subcommittee with at least three voting members. The group addressed Select Board remote-meeting policy requiring all COA subcommittees with posted agendas to offer hybrid options via free platforms, and discussed upcoming board vacancies to be filled from associate-member candidates.
A motion to set all associate-member terms to three years under an October 2025 governance change will be presented to the full board.
