NATICK — Council on Aging Executive Subcommittee approves prior minutes and finalizes May 11 board agenda. Chair Saul Beaumont called to order Subcommittee members Sal Pandolfo and Jim Fitzgerald, along with Director Donna Tarutz; the group approved April 6 minutes unanimously and discussed a pending Select Board decision on remote work policy relief for subcommittees and workgroups. An Ogunquit bus trip has drawn sufficient enrollment to create a waiting list, while COA staff proceed with strategic planning.
The nomination subcommittee will report at the May 11 full board meeting.
