NATICK — The Natick Community Preservation Committee approved its 2025 annual report and directed staff to revise funding application criteria. Chair Bill Ramage asked Financial Advisor Jose Montemayor to create a spreadsheet to track fund investments and help determine available resources for the 2026 cycle. The committee moved its 2026 funding review from late summer to spring 2026 to reduce time pressure, setting the warrant deadline for the spring Annual Town Meeting at February 26, 2026.
