NATICK — Recreation and Parks Commission questions Henry Wilson Park veteran housing proposal. The Commission raised concerns about an Article 97 proposal from the Natick Affordable Housing Trust to develop 1.5 acres at Henry Wilson Park for veteran housing, citing potential loss of open space in West Natick. Town Meeting approved $50,000 for a parks master plan update, set to begin in late summer, and $225,000 matching funds toward a $1.2 million grant for South Natick Parks projects.
The Conservation Commission granted a five-year order of conditions for Grove Park, the South Natick Multipurpose Area, and South Natick Dam Park.
