Natick Board of Health suspends Speedway tobacco permit, adopts new cesspool regulations. An underage Zyn purchase at Speedway #2435 on December 4 triggered a $1,000 fine and December 8 Cease and Desist Order; the Board voted unanimously to suspend the store's tobacco sales permit for January 20 through 22. Chair Karla H.
Sangrey, Vice Chair Peter A. Delli Colli (DMD), and Clerk Donald J. Breda (PE) also unanimously adopted Regulation Chapter 5A, requiring cesspool upgrades during property transfers, Title 5 inspections, or house reconstructions to reduce continued reliance on cesspools and ensure compliance with Title 5 standards.
