Board of Health approves tobacco permit fee increase

Natick Board of Health votes to increase annual tobacco permit fees. Director Michael K. Boudreau presented data from a survey of Massachusetts communities supporting the increase.

The board unanimously voted to set retail tobacco permits at $300 annually and adult retail tobacco permits at $400, effective for the 2027 renewal period. The board also recognized Public Health Nurse Heidi Harper for her service to the town.
