Natick Board of Health approves conditional variance for T-Market live fish evisceration. The conditional approval, granted unanimously by the board's three members, requires state agency sign-off and weekly monitoring for three months. Assistant Director Jessica Cliff outlined the process used to handle botulism risk in the fish viscera.
